The Latvian Railway History Museum (Latvijas dzelzceļa vēstures muzejs) holds the largest collection of wide-gauge railway vehicles in the Baltics, meaning vehicles built for track wider than the standard gauge. Its displays trace the history of the railway and its development in Latvia, with expositions in both Riga and Jelgava.
Founded in 1994, the museum is part of the national railway company, Latvijas dzelzceļš. Its collection numbers nearly 20,000 items.
