Built mostly underground beside the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial, the National Law Enforcement Museum is devoted to the story of American law enforcement. It stands in Washington, D.C.'s Judiciary Square, close to several district and federal courthouses.
Since opening in October 2018, the museum has presented its subject through interactive exhibits alongside collections of both historical and contemporary artifacts. It also has a dedicated space for research and educational programming.
