The Allied Museum (AlliiertenMuseum) is devoted to the Western Allies, the United States, France and the United Kingdom, and their presence in Germany, above all in Berlin, from 1945 to 1994. It documents their political history, their military commitments and roles, and their contribution to liberty in Berlin during the Cold War.
Founded in 1996, the military museum is in the Steglitz-Zehlendorf district and is listed as an architectural heritage monument. It suits visitors interested in postwar and Cold War Berlin as seen through the role of the Western powers.
