Named after its own street address, Matucana 100 brings dance, theatre, music, photography, the visual arts and cinema together under one not-for-profit cultural center. Rather than a fixed collection, it hosts and plans cultural events and educational programs devoted to the contemporary arts.
Founded in 2001, the center stands in the commune of Estación Central, near Quinta Normal Park. Its mix of performance, screen and exhibition programming suits visitors interested in contemporary art in many forms.
