The Museum of Memory and Human Rights (Museo de la Memoria y los Derechos Humanos) in Santiago commemorates the victims of human rights violations committed during Chile's military dictatorship under Augusto Pinochet, from 1973 to 1990. It is a history museum devoted to that period.
The museum opened on 11 January 2010. Then-president Michelle Bachelet inaugurated it as part of the government's commemoration of Chile's bicentennial.
