Founded in 1901, the Ethnographic Museum in Belgrade (Етнографски музеј) is one of the oldest museums in the Balkans. It is devoted to ethnography, the study of peoples and their everyday ways of life, and is protected in Serbia as a Monument of Culture.
The museum works alongside other organisations to present, revive and develop traditional crafts in Serbia, which makes it a natural stop for visitors interested in the country's craft heritage.
